Our ordering, shipping, and returns policies — clear and simple.
Orders & Production
Custom products (stickers and phone cases) are made to order. Production starts after your order and payment details are confirmed. Orders are typically produced and delivered within 3–6 business days.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and supported electronic payment methods. For some orders a deposit may be required to start production; the remaining amount is paid on delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Egypt. Shipping fees depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown on the site ship free.
Returns & Replacements
Because custom products are printed specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a printing defect. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
Custom Design Responsibility
Please review your design carefully before ordering — what you see in the builder preview is what gets printed. We are not responsible for typos, low-resolution images, or design mistakes made in the builder.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before production starts. Once a custom order has entered production it can no longer be cancelled.
